Sicily

We arrived via the (very awesome) train that boards the ferry! Sicily was very beautiful and had lots to explore. We loved the views, the history, and the people! We did not love the drivers.

Laghetti

After spending a few days searching for donkeys, we stumbled across some on our way to Laghetti! The owner was very happy to let us visit and pat them before we walked down to the water.

Mt Etna

The steep terrain and high altitude made this one of the hardest hikes I've ever been on. It was worth it to be able to venture deep into a lava tube and see one of the massive craters! It was like being on an alien planet :)
